Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused grill or accessory in its original box, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
